Campaign goal To broaden India leadership’s connectivity with relevant industry forums, influencers and potential business partners. 

What we did We implemented a strong content-led strategy, repurposed global content, wrote authored articles and blogs, with India relevant data and its industry impact. Speaking opportunity in industry events was another tactic that drove the right conversations. 

Outcome: LinkedIn and events became a strong lead gen channel, especially for partnership inquiries. As a partner led organization, LDCS has been driving steady revenue growth YoY. This integrated campaign won Gold in Multichannel Marketing category at the IMAGEXX Awards 2024.  

Campaign Goal: Position VTEX as a leading global SaaS Digital Commerce Platform by establishing thought leadership in the industry ecosystem. 

What We Did: Conducted monthly research on trending topics, curated and authored articles, repurposed global content for local relevance, and amplified brand presence through industry events and media introductions. 

Outcome: Successfully improved VTEX’s brand visibility, leading to announcements of new partnerships and customer wins in India. Earned a spot on the Forbes Business

Media & Content Led Campaigns

Brand and perception-led campaigns require a strategic, long-term approach to navigate challenges and triggers, aiming for high-impact results within set timelines. 

Campaign Goal: 

Raise awareness of CyberArk in India and establish the brand as a recognized leader in identity security solutions. 

What We Did: 

Developed a high-quality content calendar featuring blog posts, whitepapers, and industry reports. We profiled company leadership through articles, corporate films, event showreels and interviews, while building strong relationships with Indian media to secure prominent coverage. 

Outcome: 

Transformed CyberArk from an unknown entity to a recognized brand, achieving over 50% coverage in top-tier publications and delivering 220+ impactful standalone stories in the first year itself. We have clinched Silver for the Best Technology Campaign of the Year at the 14th IPRCCA Awards 2024 and Gold at IMAGEXX 2024 Awards, in the Excellence in IT & Technology category.  

Campaign Goal: 

Establish Zoom as the undisputed leader in Unified Communications for home and business during the pandemic, despite controversies and competition from established players like Google, Microsoft, and Cisco. 

What We Did: 

Secured consistent top-tier media coverage on major platforms to share best practices and dispel misinformation. We ran an education-based campaign in 9 Indian languages to reach a broader audience and created visibility for Zoom at key industry forums. 

Outcome: 

Zoom became recognized as the iconic leader in virtual communications, with India ranked as the 2nd largest global market. The campaign won recognition as the best Technology/Media-led Reputation Management campaign at both the India and Asia-Pacific levels within the first year. 

 

Employer Branding Campaigns

Employer branding campaigns focus on enhancing a company’s reputation as an employer, attracting top talent and showcasing its culture and values. 

Campaign Goal:

Position BT as a top employer for tech talent in India by showcasing innovation, vibrant culture, growth mindset, and a strong sense of community.

What We Did:

Developed compelling, people-driven stories that balanced employee wellness with productivity, highlighting BT’s commitment to long-term career growth. We cultivated strong media relations, tailored global messages to the Indian market, and created content around diversity, inclusion, employee engagement, and internal communications.

Outcome:

Successfully positioned BT as a desirable employer by showcasing its leadership in technology and commitment to employee development, fostering a positive corporate culture that resonates with tech talent in India.

Campaign Goal:

What We Did:

We profiled senior executives, conducted interviews, and highlighted OpenText’s expertise across key sectors like Technology, Manufacturing, Banking, Energy, and Healthcare, with a strong focus on employer branding.

Successfully enhanced OpenText’s brand recall and industry presence in India, culminating in the campaign winning Gold in the Technology category at ImageXX 2023.

Campaign Goal:

What We Did:

Campaign Goal:

Strengthen Ivanti’s corporate image to retain current employees and attract new talent following the acquisition of five Indian companies, which had impacted company culture and led to employee disconnect.

What We Did:

Enhanced visibility for Ivanti’s leadership, India operations, and future plans by creating strong influencer endorsements. Organized a flagship on-ground event featuring the IT Minister of Telangana, who endorsed Ivanti as a great place to work and a hub for innovative solutions.

Outcome:

Successfully improved Ivanti’s corporate image, helping to retain and attract employees while positioning the company as a leader in innovative IT solutions in India.

Campaign Goal:

Elevate brand perception for Sunovaa amongst current and future employees, as they face huge challenges to attract and retain talent amidst competition from established brands like Infosys and TCS. Sunovaa plays in the Business Intelligence, Data Sciences, and Advanced Analytics space.

What We Did:

Implemented internal communications and social media campaigns, focusing on executive profile management, employee recognition, and user-generated content. Identified young achievers as brand ambassadors and developed L&D training programs in partnership with HR for enhanced employee engagement.

Outcome:

Strengthened Sunovaa’s employer brand, supporting a large-scale recruitment drive across India, Malaysia, and Singapore, and effectively positioning the company as an attractive workplace in a competitive market.

Lead Gen & Paid Media Campaigns  

Lead generation campaigns need consistent effort and accurate targeting to build momentum. Success depends on strong inter-team collaboration, a defined audience, and a clear call to action.

Campaign Goal Create a community of export-ready suppliers, innovators, and entrepreneurs who can sell made in India products in global markets (mainly US). Establish Walmart as a trusted partner for the Indian government, a leader in sustainability and community focus, highlighting responsible sourcing and support for the MSME sector through Walmart Vriddhi. 

What We Did We launched a highly targeted LinkedIn and Facebook campaign to drive registrations for the Walmart Growth Summit, an exclusive event for export-ready suppliers, innovators, and entrepreneurs. This was backed by a strong content and PR led campaign, including case studies featuring over 30 impactful seller stories. 

Outcome: 

The campaign helped achieve their target for India, by generating and filtering high quality leads. The campaign also facilitated high traffic and engagement at the Walmart Growth Summit. 

Campaign Goal: Legrand Data Center Solutions is a $9.13 billion organization that is partner driven. The goal was to enhance partner engagement, and grow the revenue pipeline. 

What We Did: Launched the Partner Power Summit annual property, a series of bootcamps in their major hubs, to drive ecosystem engagement and capacity building. We reached 500+ partners through email campaigns, supported by social media. Followed up with lead generation via webinars and tele-calling, featuring product demos and Q&A sessions. 

Outcome: Established the lead generation initiative as a mainstream program, supported by an integrated campaign including annual partner events, quarterly webinars, and monthly email marketing, significantly boosting the prospect pipeline. This integrated campaign won Gold in Multichannel Marketing category at the IMAGEXX Awards 2024.   

Campaign Goal: Address the challenge of low conversion rates for Viewlift, the premium OTT streaming platform. The goal was to create a program kit for the pre-sales team, and train the team so that they can scale.  

What We Did: 

Developed and executed a lead generation pilot using the Connected Marketing & Sales framework, which included PR, telecalling, and digital outreach. Conducted a messaging workshop, created marketing collaterals, and implemented a comprehensive content strategy with persona mapping and customer segmentation. 

Outcome: 

In the pilot phase, successfully identified approximately 75 potential leads (mid-sized enterprises), improving lead quality and providing the Pre Sales team with a structured approach and tools for effective lead management. 

Campaign Goal: 

Enhance solution selling through 3i Infotech’s partner ecosystem by supporting their Pre Sales teams with targeted campaigns and resources. 

What We Did: 

Collaborated with Product and Business leads to identify opportunities and develop specific campaigns for different products and audience segments. Launched an Inside Sales Reboot program, providing the Pre Sales team with a comprehensive kit that included FAQs, tele-calling scripts, industry-specific value propositions, and battle cards. Additionally, we crafted corporate messaging and collaterals for four business units, including webpages, presentations, emailers, brochures, and videos. 

Outcome: 

Successfully equipped the Pre Sales team with the tools and strategies needed to drive solution selling, resulting in more effective partner engagement and a stronger sales pipeline. 

Event Management

We offer comprehensive B2B event management services, tailored to client objectives, with expertise in customized as well as industry events. 

Campaign Goal: 

Re-energize LDCS’s partner community, onboard new partners, and launch a new product line while fostering sustained engagement and growing the ecosystem. 

What We Did: 

Managed both customized and sponsored industry events, including branding, logistics, registrations, and audience management. Created the annual “Legrand Partner Power Summit,” a 2-month initiative across key metros, targeting 500+ top industry Partners and influencers. Additionally, executed sponsored industry events like Data Center Conventions, supported by PR and social media, to create an engagement hub for potential customers and foster long-term relationships. 

Outcome: 

The events generated potential customer leads, secured coverage in trade media and channel publications, and strengthened long-term industry relationships. This integrated campaign won Gold in Multichannel Marketing category at the IMAGEXX Awards 2024.   

 

Campaign Goal: The aim was to manage VTEX’s 2-city Partner Boot Camps, facilitating 3-day hands-on labs (HOLs) in each city to onboard key partners and train developer teams on the latest tech stack in digital commerce. 

What We Did: We managed the end-to-end execution of the boot camps in Delhi/NCR and Bangalore, covering event design, production, audience management, stage setup, AV setup, and gift distribution. The event was amplified through social media and PR. 

Outcome: The boot camps successfully onboarded key partners, trained developers, and provided a platform for VTEX to announce new wins and partnerships in India.
